Overview

As a product designer at Addepar, I’ve achieved impactful milestones that elevate user experiences and drive business outcomes:

• Led the development of a portal management tool from 0 to 1, enabling wealth managers to manage their client portals at scale efficiently. This initiative improved the user experience, aligned with key product goals, and unlocked future growth opportunities, culminating in a successful GA launch. The tool increased the adoption rate of the Portal to 75%.

  • Delivered a new Client Portal module.

  • Introduced advanced portal management features, including Views and View Sets.

  • Designed intuitive view applicability workflows.

  • Launched a Client Meeting Mode to enhance client interactions.

• Established the foundation for Addepar’s iOS and Android native apps, incorporating modern visual styles and creating:

  • Comprehensive foundational element libraries for iOS and Android, including icons, typefaces, and color systems.

  • A complete UI overhaul for enhanced consistency and usability.

• Improved the filter experience to streamline workflows, enabling wealth managers to create universal filters across teams. This reduced the management burden on views and decreased data sourcing demands on the core system, significantly lowering PDJ requests.
